This Standard specifies requirements for outdoor terrestrial TV antennas for the reception of digital television. It provides specifications for minimum electrical performance and aspects of mechanical design for reception of terrestrial digital television broadcasts. This Standard also provides a number of alternate measurement techniques that may be used to determine the performance of the antenna, along with information and guidance on their use.
