Specifies maximum permissible levels of substances which are considered hazardous, that can be used as colourants in or on toys by way of coating materials (e.g. paints, varnishes and lacquers); plastics materials including rubber materials; graphic materials (e.g. colouring pencils, finger paints, watercolour blocks); and in printed materials (e.g. comics, magazines, rag books).
