This publication proposes a marking system that will include the name, registration trademark, correct fuel gas symbol, nozzle cutting capacity, and a code or part number to permit easy reference to the manufacturers operating data. C4.5M provides a common identification system that will result in the safe operation of oxyfuel nozzles, i.e., operators will know they are using the correct nozzle for the job being performed. Oxyfuel nozzles covered by the document include those for cutting, welding, heating, and brazing. ANSI Approved.
